PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE. All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.
The entire content included in this site, including but not limited to text, graphics or code is copyrighted as a collective work under the Australian and other copyright laws, and is the property of TINY WILD COLLECTIVE. The collective work includes works that are licensed to Tiny Wild Collective. Copyright 2017-2018, Tiny Wild Collective, ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. Permission is granted to electronically copy and print hard copy portions of this site for the sole purpose of placing an order with Tiny Wild Collective or purchasing Tiny Wild Collective products. Reproduction, distribution, display or transmission of the content of this site is strictly prohibited, unless authorised by Tiny Wild Collective. You further agree not to change or delete any proprietary notices from materials downloaded from the site.
All trademarks, service marks and trade names of Tiny Wild Collective used in the site are trademarks or registered trademarks of Tiny Wild Collective. Any artwork used in designs have been purchased with a commercial license and we maintain the right to print and sell our designs. Any original artwork created by Tiny Wild Collective also falls under these terms.
If your goods are damaged in any way on delivery, you are welcome to return or exchange the items within 5 (five) days of receiving your personalised product. We recommend your first approach would be to contact us via our contact us page or directly via email email@example.com to arrange a return, exchange or refund.
While our Social media pages are monitored closely, we are not online all of the time and email is our best contact.
Customer satisfaction is our first priority, if your product is faulty, damaged, or uncompleted due to any fault and we do not pick up on this during the packing process, we will work with you to resolve any issues and come to an agreement.
If an item is FAULTY we are happy for you to return the product for us to inspect. At the very minimum, images need to be supplied via email so we can determine on our end where in our processes the fault occurred.
You will NOT be eligible for a refund or replacement where:
1) The error was on your behalf by incorrectly entering spelling / name
2) Defects or damage that have NOT followed the correct care instructions and have resulted in damage
3) If you changed your mind.
We pride ourselves on our customer service, and you are our first priority.
All designs are created from a master file of each design. Please bare in mind that all graphic previews are representation ONLY, and variance from screens to print does occur. While all care is taken to ensure the designs are as close to possible as how they are printed, there may be instances where the printed design looks different on your screen to your finished product. All fabric is of premium quality with premium & professional printing.
All personalised products receive a proof within 24 hours of ordering. If we do not receive any amendments / replies within 24 hours of the receipt of this email, your artwork will be sent to print and no changes can be made.
Please maintain in mind that every order is MADE TO ORDER from scratch to finish. We do our best to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible. The turnaround times are displayed on the home page and as a check box terms to check out to ensure you understand the process and time frame. We will always contact you if there is a delay for any reason on your order.
POSTAGE + SHIPPING
You may choose standard or express shipping. All our orders are sent via Australia Post. You will receive a tracking number.
All orders are sent with tracking to ensure your order is accounted for. It is extremely unlikely your order will go missing or get lost, but in the case of this, we will open an investigation with Australia Post. If this cannot be resolved, we will REPLACE OR REFUND your order.
We love seeing your photos! We will never share or use your images in a marketing or promotional use without your written consent.
In an attempt to provide increased value to our visitors, Tiny Wild Collective may link to sites operated by third parties. However, even if the third party is affiliated with Tiny Wild Collective, Tiny Wild Collective has no control over these linked sites, all of which have separate privacy and data collection practices, independent of Tiny Wild Collective. These linked sites are only for your convenience and therefore you access them at your own risk. Nonetheless, Tiny Wild Collective seeks to protect the integrity of its web site and the links placed upon it and therefore requests any feedback on not only its own site, but for sites it links to as well (including if a specific link does not work).
Your privacy is important to us. All information collected is essential for the purpose of processing your order. You may be notified by our courier service once they receive your parcel via email with your tracking number for you to keep track of your parcel. This is the only third party who will receive these details and it is vital they do to get your parcel to you. All information given by you is confidential and will not be furthered on to any other parties. This includes information about you or your specific order (ie, personalised name of your baby). All private information is held in complete trust by us and will never be sold, duplicated or passed onto any other companies, individuals or businesses.
